That is because we cannot assure our quality system unless we have an umbrella of control of suppliers of goods and services. We purchase only premium products and only from approved suppliers.

    All suppliers of goods and products to us are required to be approved by our in-house Quality Assurance Manager in order to supply to us. To achieve Approved Supplier status each supplier will be evaluated and issued with a Supplier Letter [GMP form9a], explaining the criteria for our approved supplier program, following an on-site audit of supplier s premises, after which if they meet the criteria required they will be welcomed and registered as an approved supplier to us.     Suppliers of products and services must have a food safety system in place which is accepted by the NSW Food Authority. Suppliers who are withdrawn from approved suppliers register will be notified in writing of the reason for the withdrawal of their name.
