In the corporate world feasibilty is measured by the amount of net profit at the end of the financial year, so for us to stay in business we should bring our customers the cheapest available meat at any given time of the year, right?

Wrong!!!!

We at Sydney Kebab Manufacturers and Distributors Pty. Ltd. realise making "Quality" the proverbial sacrificial lamb is the least profitable way of doing business, because in "ready to cook food business" cheap almost always means unsuitable for use by us and our customers.

After all is said and done kebab making is a very labour intensive operation, so for us to stay competitive we are always implementing new ways to increase the overall efficiency of the whole operation to bring our customers premium Doner Kebab that is also value for money.

Our meat for Doner Kebabs comes mainly from Victorian High Country for its crisp clean air and fresh produce that they can provide year round. The meats get delivered overnight to our factory in temperature controlled vehicles, and when we recieve the meats we firstly check the temperaures and then the meat itself and if it passes we accept if it doesn t it gets rejected (we are famous in the industry grapevine for rejecting goods), and when you eat one of our kebabs you can almost certainly be grateful that we persevered to find the best of the best to make one of the best kebabs Sydney has seen.
