To overcome this problem we have suppliers who are registered by us that supply Boneless fresh Halal Chicken Fillets, Boneless fresh Halal Meats, Seasonings and Dairy Products to us.
Supplying a product to Sydney Kebab Manufacturers and Distributors Pty. Ltd. is not as easy as agreeing on a price. All suppliers of goods and services to Sydney Kebab are required to be approved in order to supply to us. Sydney Kebab may wish to conduct an audit of supplier’s premises after which unless otherwise is required, The Supplier is issued with a Supplier Letter [GMP Form 9a], explaining the criteria for Sydney Kebab’s Approved Supplier Program, as well as a Supplier Declaration From [GMP Form 9c], indicating the Supplier’s understanding of Sydney Kebab’s requirements and acknowledging the Supplier’s commitment and support after which if they meet the criteria required, they will be welcomed and registered as an approved supplier to Sydney Kebab Manufacturers and Distributors. That is because we cannot assure our quality system unless we have an umbrella of control over suppliers of goods and services to us. All suppliers of products must have an acceptable Food Safety program endorsed by NSW Food Authority in place. Suppliers who are withdrawn from Sydney Kebab’s Approved Supplier Register are notified in writing of the reason for the withdrawal of their name and sudden halting of all trade with them. The complete and more stringent Supplier Registration System would only be re-started with the same supplier after the supplier’s subsequent re-approval incorporating at the very least a tailored HACCP Program. |
