We at Sydney Kebab realize making quality, the proverbial sacrificial lamb is the least profitable way of doing business, because cheap usually means unsuitable for use by us and our customers.

   We start with fresh and natural ingredients, ---one of the reasons why we never need to include preservatives of any kind in any of our kebabs range--- the poultry and the meats we use have never been frozen before, also herbs and spices that go in to our products have no nastiness in them, so we can be sure our products are always free of flavour enhancers, preservatives, artificial colours, artificial flavours, soy protein and fillers of any kind.

   While the most important part, hygienically hand-made kebabs that is the time honoured way of making kebabs is here to stay we are more than happy to employ cutting edge technology to produce a top quality kebab.

   We regularly cook and send samples of our kebabs to an Analytical Lab to have them analyzed for content; needless to say they always pass with flying colours as we proudly bring you the best kebab range in Sydney.
